1. Ensure the hygiene of the entire spa and fitness center is up to standard
2. Provide standard services for guests and members in the changing area
3. Assist the supervisor and spa manager to manage and maintain the equipment and business supplies of the center and the work station;
4. Assist and serve all visitors, guests and incoming calls or inquiries
5. to assist all storage rooms, wet treatment area, rest area all guests or members of the request
6. Assist guests to use locker room facilities, lockers, etc
7. Report guest problems or complaints to supervisor
8. Check and maintain the cleanliness of the working area. It must be kept tidy at all times
1、确保整个水疗和健身中心的卫生符合标准
2、在更衣区位客人和会员提供标准要求的服务
3、协助主管和水疗经理管理和维护中心和工作岗位上的设备和经营用品；
4、协助和服务所有的访客，客人和来电或咨询
5、协助所有储物室，湿疗区，休息区所有的客人或会员的要求
6、协助客人使用更衣室设施，储物柜等等
7、向主管汇报客人问题或投诉
8、检查和维护工作区的清洁，必须时刻保持工作区的整洁
