1. To carry out training in hygiene food preparation practices
2. Assist related departments in identifying problems and developing solutions to reduce guest complaints
3. Monitor all related departments the conditions of SFS &HACCP system implement
4. Adhere and enforce set rules and procedures of the Hotel
1、进行食品准备方面的卫生操作规程的培训
2、帮助相关部门识别问题并找到解决方案以减少客人投诉
3、监督各相关部门SFS及HACCP体系的实施情况
4、坚持并加强酒店的食品安全制度和程序
We are looking for someone who:

1. Qualified training programs on hygiene and food safety controls
2. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
3. Details oriented person
4. Displays initiative
5. Commitment to professional values
6. Well Known SFS Policy and HACCP System
7. Have SFS Audit and HACCP Audit experience
