职责 Responsibilities:
1. 能准确、耐心应答呼入、呼出电话。
Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
2. 详细准确地纪录处理酒店预定信息,通过积极的销售手段将客房销售额最大化。
To accurately record, process the reservations in detail and maximize room sales through proactive selling activates.
3. 给客户提供度假村设施的最新信息,如房型、房价、餐饮推广、班车表、营业时间等。
Ensure the accuracy of the reservations received from all sources according to the resort room availability and rate structure.
任职资格Qulifications:
1.至少1年酒店行业或服务行业对客服务岗位工作经验;
Minimum 1 years working experience on guest service position in hospitality industry or service related.
2. 流利的英语读写技能;
Good language skills in English spoken and written.
3. 熟练使用Office软件, 如Word, Excel, Powerpoint 等;
Skilled in computer, Office software operation, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. 积极向上的工作态度,做事主动,责任心强,善于团队合作;
Positive working attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit.
5. 学历要求:大专及以上
Associate degree or above.
