Dive into guest feedback and make sure we're not just meeting but exceeding expectations.Keep finding new ways to boost revenue.Handle guest requests quick, making sure everyone leaves happy.Mentor our team, helping them climb the career ladder.
Requirements:
A degree in Hotel Management or a related field is a plus.Previous experience as Head of Operations or Director of Sales/EAM is a big advantage.Know your way around promotions, marketing, and sales.Proven track record of driving profits and keeping guests happy by creating exceptional experiences. Financial smarts are a must.Be a pro at managing owner relationships while striving for the best.Be fluent in both Chinese and English and possess strong writing skills.
