职位概述 POSITION OVERVIEW
市场经理将负责把裸心度假村以及裸心旗下品牌在上海总部的优秀做法,根据本地化市场的洞察,进行优化改良适配后,推进执行产品设计,营销活动、促销和渠道,同时与收益和销售,度假村运营团队合作。该职位将通过向内部员工和外部合作伙伴提供本地化客户洞察,品牌信息,产品信息,以及有关本地化优化、实施、创意方向和市场知识的日常建议,管理和执行度假村市场工作流程。
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding the success factors of the naked brand marketing in SH base camp, adapt and optimize product design, and Go-To-Market strategy for optimizing the local market potential, development and execution of all marketing campaign, promotion, and channels for naked resorts and naked sub-brands while working in conjunction with the revenue,sales and operation teams. This role will manage workflow and execution of resort marketing efforts by providing local insights, day to day recommendations to internal staff and external partners, with regard to brand and products, strategic prioritization, implementation, creative direction, and market knowledge.

l 通过当地公关媒体合作,跨界合作,社群运营,内容营销和社交媒体管理等方式提升度假村品牌知名度和线上线下声誉;
Manage and enhance the nakedResort’s brand and product recognition, and reputation online and offline through PR & media, cross collaborations, commuunity management, content marketing and social media.
l 了解上海总部公关和媒体,品牌赞助合作的成功要素后,根据当地化情况复制并优化,识别当地资源,找到营销和推广机会,制定和执行营销战略、产品、活动和促销;
Understand the success factors of Shanghai HQ marketing in PR, media, sponsorship, adapt and optimise according to local market landscapes. Identify marketing and promotion opportunities, and develop and execute marketing strategy, products, campaign and promotion
l 品牌和合作伙伴矩阵,打造适合本地客群的产品,合作伙伴推广品牌的内容创建、维护和优化;
Brand and partnership matrix, product development that fits with local market needs, brand content to pitch partners, content maintenance and optimization
l 管理本地社群内容,OTA本地化团队沟通和资源投标,社交媒体(包括但不限于微信、抖音、小红书、视频号等)实现内容参与,关注和转化的目标;
Manage local community content, OTA local team communication and resources pitch, social media (include but not limited to Wechat, Douyin, Little Red Book, Wechat Video account and etc.) achieve targets of content engagement, followers and conversion.
l 利用客户洞察数据优化细分市场,以吸引更多客户和维护现有客户;
Leverage customer insight data to refine market segments in order to attract additional and maintain existing customers.
l 分析市场和竞争对手,以便在提供详细报告的同时参与和开发传统市场和新兴市场;
Analyze market and competitors in order to engage and develop traditional as well as emerging markets while providing detailed reports.
l 维护和更新月度营销活动日历;
Maintain and update Monthly Marketing action calendar
l 与公关部门合作发布新闻稿并提高知名度;
Work with Public Relations to distribute press releases and boost awareness
教育背景
Education Background
要求本科学历,最好是市场营销、传媒、房地产、商业或酒店专业;
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business or Hospitality.
工作经验
Working Experience
至少5年的市场营销经验,对生活方式、奢侈品、酒店和可持续发展行业有很好的理解。有酒店行业知识是加分项;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing with good understanding of lifestyle, luxury, hospitality and sustainability industries. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is plus.

· 优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力(优先考虑母语为英语和汉语者或具有国际教育或工作经验的中国公民)
Excellent language skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English (Prefer native English and Chinese speaker or Chinese citizen with international education or working experience).
· 熟悉社群管理,有自媒体内容创作的能力和经验案例(文案撰写,视频内容创作),数字和媒体渠道,包括微信/抖音/小红书/脸书等社交媒体,此外,还应关注流行的营销工具。
Familiar with community management, own media content curation (copywriting, video production), digital and media channels including social media such as WeChat/Douyin/Little Red Book/Facebook etc. and additionally follow the trendy marketing tools.
· 与已取得明显成果的媒体、社区和商业伙伴建立良好的关系,以及最大限度地扩大这些联系。
Proven relationships with media, community and business contacts that have delivered demonstrable results, and the personality to maximize these contacts.
· 能够在跨职能的创业氛围中工作,以实现可衡量的结果并改进现有流程.
Ability to work in cross-functional, entrepreneurial atmosphere in order to achieve measurable results and improve existing processes.
· 出色的沟通能力,能够向管理层和外部客户传达分析和调查结果。
Great communicator with the ability to convey both analysis and findings to management and external clients.
· 有条理,能够处理多项任务。能够在压力下工作并在规定的时间内交付任务。
Organized and able to handle multi-tasks. Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
