制定和执行招聘计划,确保岗位空缺能够及时、有效地填补。维护和拓展招聘渠道,包括在线招聘平台、校园招聘、内部推荐等,确保招聘渠道的多样性和有效性;
Developand execute recruitment plans to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timelyand effective manner. Maintain and expand recruitment channels, includingonline recruitment platforms, campus recruitment, and internal referrals, toensure the diversity and effectiveness of recruitment channels.

Alignwith the business strategy of the Shared Services to create and implementcompensation and benefits strategies that support company goals.

A. 任职资格QULIFICATIONS
教育背景
Education Background
本科学历,商业管理/人力资源或相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Business Management / Human Resources or related major.
工作经验
Working Experience
酒店行业HR相关工作经验,参加过项目筹备,良好的中英文口语和书面表达能力。
Professional experience in Human Resources within the hospitality industry and pre-opening new properties, good language skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
