· Assist the Duty Engineering with general hotel and building AC system maintenance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard within your established trade which meets the needs and expectations of your customers. Assist the Duty Engineer or Assist Chief Engineer with general hotel and building refrigeration equipment maintenance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard within your established trade which meets the needs and expectations of your customers. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the Langham Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
协助值班工程师处理酒店空调系统维修保养事宜，确保按本专业高标准完成工作，并达到客人的期望及需要。促进朗廷酒店集团‘信任、正直、尊敬、一个团队及服务’的五项核心企业文化及品牌理念。协助值班工程师和副总工程师有关酒店制冷设备的维修保养工作，确保工作达到行业中的高标准，以使顾客满意。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
· Follow relevant regulations strictly to ensure the A/C, fridge equipment’s normally running.
严格遵守有关规章制度确保酒店的空调、冷库、制冷机等设备的正常运行。
· On duty person must execute strictly the operation procedure to prevent accidents.
当班人员要严格执行各项操作规程，防止事故发生。
· Keep daily running record of A/C equipment according to the arrangement of the Duty Engineer.
根据值班工程师的安排认真做好每日的空调设备运行记录。
· To do the maintenance of the equipment according to the working plan. Make detailed record regarding on the repairing and maintenance.
按照工作计划完成对设备的维修保养。并作好相应的详细的记录。
· Ensure the equipment to run economically in working.
在工作中保证设备的经济运行。
· Daily patrol must be executed strictly to eliminate insecurity factor and solve the defect & problem timely.
认真执行日常巡检，消除不安全因素，及时排除故障。
· Maintain the hotel in your qualified trade to the desired standard.
利用自己专业技能对酒店设备进行维护并达到期望的标准。
· Daily inspection and rectification of all public areas in relation to your trade.
每天对公共区域与自己专业技能相关的方面进行检查和修整。
· Complete work orders as requested by the Duty Engineer in relation to your trade and other directives to meet customer requirements.
按照值班工程师的工作单完成与自己专业相关以及其它的工作，从而满足客人的要求。
· Initiate/identify project work required in light of your trade throughout the hotel.
根据自己的专业技能计划和确定酒店内需要完成的项目。
· Maintain the working area in good condition in terms of neatness & orderliness.
保持工作场地的整齐整洁。
· Accept other assignments instructed by the Duty Engineer.
随时接受值班工程师安排的其他工作。
· To keep good care of drawing, tools & establishes used on duty.
保存好当班所用的图纸、工具和设施。
· Be able to show flexibility to change the schedule in light of guest priorities. Provide good service at all times.
表现出工作的灵活机动性，能够按照客人的轻重缓急变更时间。随时随地提供良好的服务。
· Accept other working task instructed by the Duty Engineer & concerned supervisors from time to time. Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction of the Shift Engineer/Assist Chief Engineer.
随时执行值班工程师安排的其他工作任务，积极配合部门内其他专业、其他部门的工作。在值班工程师和副总工程师没有要求的情况下，有预见性的在预防性维修保养计划的范围内主动的进行工作。
· Assist theDuty Engineer with the design of a preventative maintenance program.
协助值班工程师设计预防性维修保养计划。
· Pay attention to the dressing and wearing when entering the guestroom.
注意进入客房维修保养时要注意仪表仪容。
· Make detailed record regarding on the work completed or not completed in working hours when shift handover.
交接班时要详细记录工作情况。
· Checks and collects supplies from the engineering stores according to hotel procedure.
根据酒店程序, 收集和检查工程仓的补给。
· Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.
确保所有设备运行记录和表格能够正确及时地完成。
· Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
通过保持有效的同事关系为酒店贡献工作热情和团队精神。
· Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.
通过监督人的引导履行额外职责。
· Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
为了酒店总体上的提高, 提出合适的建议和推荐。
· Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

· Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.

· Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.

· Attends meetings and training as required by Duty Engineering.

· Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Law.

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications –

· Vocational Certificate or equivalent

Experience –

· 3-5 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
