岗位职责/职位描述
1. Manages all Catering sales activities including management of the Catering sales team.
管理所有宴会销售事项,包括宴会销售团队的管理。
2. Proactively develops and manages sales staff and sales efforts.

3. Communicates hotel’s sales strategy and ensures that sales staff executes against sales strategy.

4. Manages annual planning process for goal setting, budgeting and staffing. Manages department budget and catering sales administrative functions.
确定年度目标,预算编制和人员编制计划的进程。行使部门预算管理和餐饮销售的职能。
5. As appropriate, responsible for achieving individual sales goals and account management.
适时的实现销售目标和客户管理。
6. Responsible for “Conference & Banquet Success” in the Langham meetings, conference and event segment. They are the single points of contact for the client through managing the Langham Meetings Cycle.
全面负责朗廷酒店“举办成功的会议及宴会”。关键在于通过客户联系取得周期性的会议生意。
7. Assists in securing the business, plans the meeting/event, co-ordinates with hotel operations and clients before, during and after each meeting/event.
协助确保稳定生意,计划和协调每次会议期间和之后酒店与客户之间的协调。
