· Under the general direction ofthe Revenue Directorand manage the operations of the Langham Service(Operator and Reservation)by providing the most précised and updated internal reservation information and environment information, ensuring telephone service
quality standards to meet and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel’s and Langham Hotels Group business objectives. To perform the function in service and product improvement, procedure control, financial control, Asset management and team building to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction. And also provide assistant to internal.
服从收益总监的全面指示,管理服务中心(总机以及预订部)的日常运作,市场营销提供新的、最准确的内部订房信息以及外部环境信息。确保电话服务达到质量标准,按照酒店和集团业务目标向客人提供好的服务。通过执行产品和服务优化,流程管控,财务控制,资产管理,以及人力管理等职能,大程度地提高业务水平,大程度的满足客人的需求。以及也就电话服务模块对酒店内部提供辅助服务。

Reservation & Data Analysis
预订/统计
· In charge all the jobs of reservation department, well control and ensure the reservation system operating smoothly.
全面负责订房部的日常工作,通过对部门业务工作各环节的有效控制及管理,保证酒店客房预订系统的正常运转。
· Control rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield and blackout dates.
通过对房间的各种控制达到收益好的目的(预留房,不可预订日期的房间量控制)。
· Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments.
统计酒店推广活动的客户反馈意见及分享给相关部门。
· Report to Director of Revenue Management. Analysis for sells of hotel. Moreover, give good suggestion. To alert Revenue Director the party room above 4 rooms booking or cancellation properly.
向收益总监及时报告工作中的问题,对酒店销售可行性进行每日每月每周分析,提出合理建议;对于新增或者取消Party房间数4间以上的需要汇报给收益总监。
· Good control room. Check FIT, GRP reservation. Make forecast report.
检查散客团队预订情况,制定出租预测;掌握房间状态,根据各类订房资料的出租率预测,控制房间。
Guest & Service
客人/服务
· Ensureprompt, polite and accurate handling of all telephone calls and messages according to brand standard, prompt response to guest request. each guest receives adequate attention, so as to maximize guest satisfaction. The measurement indicators include net promoter score, Defect free index, online reputation such as globe review index, third-party platform score, etc.
确保按照品牌标准迅速地,有礼貌地和准确地处理所有的来电和讯息,每个客人得到充分的注意和重视,以此完成好的宾客满意度。衡量指标包括净推荐值,无失误指数,网络美誉度如全球评价指数,第三方平台分值等。
· Fully understand each booking channel, and efficiently and accurately complete the corresponding booking. Including assisting the completion of the third party channel room opening, closing, and price change skills.
充分了解各个预订渠道,并高效而准确地为客人完成相应的预订。包括辅助完成第三方渠道的开房,关房,改价等技巧。
· Handling of guest and internal message.
负责迅速准确地处理客人以及饭店各部门的留言。
