值班工程师 Duty Engineer

We are looking for a Duty Engineer with following duties and requirements:

As a Duty Engineer, we rely on you to:
作为酒店值班工程师，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure efficient, reliable, and uninterrupted operation throughout the hotel.
负责酒店暖通空调系统（HVAC）的运行、监控及维护，确保系统安全、稳定、高效运行。
2、Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for chillers, cooling towers, air handling units (AHU), fan coil units (FCU), pumps, and ventilation systems.
负责冷水机组、冷却塔、空气处理机组（AHU）、风机盘管（FCU）、水泵及通风系统的日常巡检和预防性维护。
3、Respond promptly to HVAC equipment failures and guest-related air conditioning complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
及时处理暖通设备故障及宾客空调投诉，确保问题快速有效解决。
4、Monitor system performance, energy consumption, and operating parameters, and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
监控系统运行状态、能耗数据及运行参数，提出节能降耗改进建议。
5、Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, and shift handover reports.
做好设备维修记录、运行台账及交接班记录，确保资料完整准确。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Diploma or above in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
大专及以上学历，暖通工程、机械工程、建筑设备工程或相关专业。
2、Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance within hotels, commercial buildings, or large facilities.
具备3年以上酒店、商业综合体或大型设施暖通设备运行维护经验。
3、Strong knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, AHU, FCU, pumps, ventilation systems, and building automation systems (BMS).
熟悉冷水机组、冷却塔、空气处理机组、风机盘管、水泵、通风系统及楼宇自控系统（BMS）。
4、Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and related control systems.
具备暖通设备及相关控制系统故障诊断与维修能力。
5、Familiarity with HVAC safety procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and energy management practices.
熟悉暖通设备安全操作规范、预防性维护管理及能源管理措施。
6、Possession of relevant technical certifications or licenses is preferred.
持有相关职业资格证书或特种设备操作证者优先。
7、Ability to work shifts and respond effectively to emergency maintenance situations.
能够适应倒班工作，并有效处理各类紧急维修事件。
8、Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。
