值班工程师 Duty Engineer

We are looking for a Duty Engineer with following duties and requirements:

As a Duty Engineer, we rely on you to:
作为酒店值班工程师，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Supervise daily renovation and fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, hotel standards, and safety requirements.
负责酒店装修及改造工程的日常巡查与监督，确保施工符合设计图纸、酒店标准及安全要求。
2. Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure renovation activities are completed on schedule and with minimal impact on hotel operations.
协调施工单位及供应商，确保装修工程按计划推进，并将对酒店运营和宾客的影响降至最低。
3. Monitor construction quality and promptly identify and resolve site-related engineering issues.
监督施工质量，及时发现并解决现场工程技术问题。
4. Conduct regular inspections of renovation areas and ensure compliance with safety, fire protection, and environmental standards.
定期检查施工区域，确保符合安全、消防及环保要求。
5. Prepare daily progress reports, maintain project documentation, and promptly communicate project updates to management.
编制施工进度报告，维护工程档案，并及时向管理层汇报项目进展情况。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1. Diploma or above in Engineering, Construction, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
大专及以上学历，建筑工程、机电工程、工程管理或相关专业。
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel renovation, construction supervision, or engineering maintenance.
具备3年以上酒店装修、施工管理或工程维修相关工作经验。
3. Good understanding of interior fit-out, MEP systems, and construction management processes.
熟悉酒店装修工程、机电系统（MEP）及施工管理流程。
4. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with contractors and hotel operational departments.
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效协调施工单位及酒店各运营部门。
5. Familiarity with construction safety regulations, fire protection requirements, and quality control standards.
熟悉施工安全规范、消防管理要求及工程质量控制标准。
