Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务
1. Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are implemented on time within the shift.
确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。
2. Accept, assign and follow up all work orders and repair orders.
接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单核维修单。
3. Process technical drawings, as well as records and inventory of goods preparation.
处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。
4. Fault finding, operation, repair and maintenance to ensure the cleanness and normal operation of all equipment in the area.
故障查找，操作，修理并且保养,确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。
5. On the premise of ensuring safe operation and business style, we strive to save energy consumption and pay attention to the new concept of environmental protection.
在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗，注重环境保护的新概念。
6. Supervise the construction of important maintenance and modification projects, and control the quality and progress.

7. Assist the external construction unit in the construction of the hotel to ensure the project quality.

Job Specification 工作要求
1. More than five years of working experience in the same position.
五年以上同岗位工作经验。
2. Must master the basic knowledge of electromechanical engineering equipment.
必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
3. Be able to fully understand the management consciousness of the superior, organize and command the implementation of the work plan of the post, and ensure the normal operation of the Engineering Department.
能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
