工程主管 Engineering Supervisor

We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor with following duties and requirements:

As an Engineering Supervisor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店工程部主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、 Perform repair and maintenance of guest room furniture, including carpentry and minor fixture fixes
负责客房家具维修，包括木工维修及小型设施修复
2、Carry out painting, touch-up, and surface finishing work in guest rooms and public areas
进行客房及公共区域的油漆、补漆及表面修复工作
3、Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely, quality completion of repair tasks
及时响应维修报修，确保维修质量及完成时效
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Basic skills in carpentry, furniture repair, and painting work
具备木工、家具维修及油漆施工相关基础技能
2、Practical experience in hotel maintenance or related fields preferred
具备酒店维修或相关岗位经验者优先
3、Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and good service awareness
责任心强，注重细节，具备良好的服务意识
