As a Bar Associate, we rely on you to:

1、Provide courteous and attentive service to guests at the bar
为酒吧客人提供礼貌、周到的服务
2、Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes
按照酒店标准和配方调制并提供各类饮品
3、Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of drinks and snacks
准确记录客人点单，并及时提供饮品及小食
4、Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area and equipment
保持吧台及设备的清洁、卫生与整齐
5、Monitor guest satisfaction and handle basic complaints professionally
关注顾客满意度，并专业处理基本投诉
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
具备基础酒水知识、鸡尾酒知识及酒吧运营常识
2、Good communication and customer service skills
具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识
3、Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
能适应快节奏工作环境并具备一定抗压能力
4、Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
形象端正，举止得体，具备职业素养
5、Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
能接受弹性工作时间，包括晚班、周末及节假日工作
