工程部总监 Director of Engineering

We are looking for a Director of Engineering with following duties and requirements:

As a Director of Engineering, we rely on you to:
作为酒店工程部总监，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Oversee the overall operation of the Engineering Department and ensure all hotel facilities and equipment are maintained in safe and efficient working condition.
负责酒店工程部整体运营管理，确保酒店各项设施设备安全、稳定、高效运行。
2、Manage and maintain all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, elevator, and utility systems within the hotel.
负责酒店机电系统、暖通空调（HVAC）、给排水系统、消防系统、电梯及能源系统的管理与维护。
3、Develop and control the department's annual budget, including maintenance expenses, energy consumption, and capital expenditures.
制定并管理工程部年度预算，有效控制维修成本、能源消耗及资本支出。
4、Lead renovation, refurbishment, and engineering projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
统筹酒店改造、翻新及工程项目，确保工程质量、安全和项目进度符合要求。
5、Establish and maintain engineering safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and hotel brand requirements.
建立和完善工程安全管理体系，确保符合国家法规、行业标准及酒店品牌规范。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
本科及以上学历，工程管理、机电工程、建筑工程或相关专业。
2、Minimum 8 years of hotel engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position within a hotel engineering department.
具备8年以上酒店工程管理经验，其中至少3年以上酒店工程部负责人管理经验。
3、Strong knowledge of hotel facility management, including HVAC systems, power distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
熟悉酒店设施设备管理，尤其是中央空调、电力系统、给排水系统及消防系统的运营维护。
4、Demonstrated leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
具备优秀的团队领导能力、项目管理能力及跨部门沟通协调能力。
5、Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and safety standards, with strong cost control and energy management capabilities.
熟悉酒店行业法规及安全标准，具备较强的成本控制意识和能源管理能力。
