As a Safety Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店工程部安全经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety management of all engineering systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building facilities.
负责酒店工程设施设备的运行、维修及安全管理，包括强电、弱电、暖通空调、给排水及建筑设施等系统。
2、Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
建立并落实设备预防性维修计划，确保各类设施设备安全、稳定、高效运行。
3、Supervise daily engineering operations and coordinate maintenance activities to support uninterrupted hotel operations.
监督工程部日常运行工作，统筹维修任务，确保酒店运营不受影响。
4、Monitor electrical distribution systems, generators, UPS, lighting controls, ELV systems, and other critical infrastructure.
负责高低压配电系统、发电机、UPS、照明控制系统、弱电系统及其他关键设施设备的运行管理。
5、Conduct regular engineering and safety inspections to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
组织开展工程设备及安全检查，识别风险隐患并监督整改落实。
6、Support fire and life safety compliance by coordinating inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
配合消防及生命安全管理工作，监督消防设施设备的检测、维护及年检工作。
7、Manage contractors and service providers to ensure all engineering work complies with hotel standards and safety requirements.
负责外部承包商及供应商管理，确保所有工程施工及维修工作符合酒店标准和安全要求。
8、Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
监控能源消耗情况，推动节能降耗措施，提高设施运营效率。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
大专及以上学历，电气工程、机电工程、建筑设备工程或相关专业。
2、Minimum 5 years of engineering maintenance experience in hotels, commercial buildings, or large-scale facilities, including supervisory experience.
具备5年以上酒店、商业综合体或大型物业工程维修经验，并具有管理经验。
3、Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, generators, UPS, low-voltage systems, and building facilities maintenance.
精通高低压配电系统、发电机、UPS、弱电系统及楼宇设施设备维修管理。
4、Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance operations.
熟悉暖通空调、给排水及建筑设施维护管理工作。
5、Possession of valid electrical operation certification. High-voltage or low-voltage electrical licenses are preferred.
持有有效电工操作证，高压或低压电工证优先。
6、Basic understanding of fire protection systems, life safety requirements, and emergency response procedures.
了解消防系统管理、生命安全要求及应急响应流程。
7、Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and contractor management skills.
具备较强的设备故障分析能力、问题解决能力及承包商管理能力。
8、Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
具备良好的团队管理能力、沟通协调能力及领导能力。
