We are looking for a Safety Manager with following duties and requirements:

As a Safety Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店安全经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Develop, implement, and continuously improve fire safety, occupational safety, and life safety management systems in accordance with hotel standards and regulatory requirements.
建立、实施并持续完善消防安全、职业安全及生命安全管理体系，确保符合酒店品牌标准及法律法规要求。
2、Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
组织开展安全检查、风险评估及合规审核，识别安全隐患并监督整改措施落实。
3、Manage all fire and life safety systems, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, evacuation systems, and fire-fighting equipment.
负责消防报警系统、自动喷淋系统、应急照明系统、疏散设施及消防设备的运行管理和维护监督。
4、Develop emergency response plans and organize fire drills, evacuation exercises, and crisis management activities.
制定应急响应预案，组织消防演练、疏散演习及突发事件应急处置工作。
5、Investigate accidents, incidents, and safety-related complaints, and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
负责安全事故、工伤事件及相关投诉的调查分析，并制定预防及改进措施。
6、Deliver safety training programs to colleagues, contractors, and outsourced personnel to promote a strong safety culture.
组织员工、承包商及外包人员开展安全培训，提高全员安全意识并推动安全文化建设。
7、Liaise with local government authorities, including Fire Services, Emergency Management Bureau, Health and Safety regulators, and other related agencies.
与消防部门、应急管理部门、卫生健康及安全监管机构保持良好沟通与协作。
8、Monitor safety performance indicators and provide regular reports and recommendations to hotel management.
监控酒店安全绩效指标，定期向管理层提交安全分析报告及改进建议。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Management, Fire Protection Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
本科及以上学历，安全管理、消防工程、职业健康安全、工程管理或相关专业。
2、Minimum 5 years of safety management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry or a large commercial property.
具有5年以上安全管理经验，其中至少2年以上酒店或大型商业项目安全管理岗位工作经验。
3、Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, occupational health and safety standards, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
熟悉消防法规、职业健康安全管理体系、风险管理及应急响应流程。
4、Experience in managing fire protection systems, conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness programs.
具备消防系统管理、安全审核、事故调查及应急管理工作经验。
5、Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and training skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
具备优秀的领导能力、沟通能力、培训能力及跨层级协调能力。
6、Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of preparing reports, statistics, and safety documentation.
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，能够独立编制各类安全报告、统计分析及管理文件。
7、Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies in a 24-hour hotel operation environment.
能够适应酒店24小时运营环境，在突发事件及紧急情况下保持高效应对能力。
