客房送餐领班是送餐部最重要的基层管理成员之一，他们不但直接与客人接触，而且带领培训新员工。 他们代表着送餐服务及瑞吉酒店的品牌形象，整洁的仪容仪表和良好的沟通能力是必备的.  这个职位不仅要了解送餐部的产品及服务知识，还要为客人竭尽全力的提供帮助。送餐部领班的主要职责是培训、引导、鼓励和支持团队成员来关爱客人，以确保客人得到个性化、高质量的服务。
The Private Dining Captain is be considered as the key important junior of Private Dining leader as they have the most contact with diners. Moreover, lead training for new staff. They represent Private Dining, the Hotel and the St. Regis brand and should be at all times impeccably groomed with good posture and sophisticated communications skills. The position shall not only know the products and services provided but also shall be able to answer any question the guest may have about restaurants and the Hotel.
