This position is served for St. Regis Zhuhai
提供电话服务并帮助完成客人要求(专职管家服务) 与楼层管家密切合作，完成客人要求(及E-管家服务)
To provide telephone services, answer Guest questions and co-ordinates guest request (“Butler Service”) and liaise with floor butler for E-Butler Service.

1.运用适当的电脑软件的能力
2. 收集和解释数据，确认问题根源和提供解决问题的建议的能力
3.精通书面英语、英语口语和普通话
 Ability to compile reports as required using appropriate computer software.
 Sweet & Lovely voice, proper tone & speed.
 High proficiency in written and spoken English with and Mandarin.
