意大利餐厅主管的主要职责是促进团队合作并培养有激情的员工，通过引导，支持及辅导所有的服务成员在准备时，服务中及服务过后如何让客人感到惊喜。他们代表着餐厅及瑞吉酒店的品牌形象，整洁的仪容仪表和良好的沟通能力是必备的。 他们负责协助餐厅经理全面管理餐厅相关服务，客户体验，旅程，培训员工，销售及财务结果。
The LaBrezza Supervisor promotes team work and develops passionate and
committed people. They respectfully lead, support and coach all service
colleagues during preparation, service and after service. They represent the
restaurant, the Hotel and the St. Regis brand and shall be at all times
impeccably presented. They take pride and responsibility in assisting the
Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant related to
service, guest experiences, career paths and training of colleagues, sales and
financial results.
