Manage 3rd Party Digital Channels
Implement and monitor strategies to drive online traffic to your hotel via 3rd Party Digital Channels.
Work with connected OTAs (Ctrip,
Meituan , Fliggy , Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) to focus on,
although may to different extend based on hotels’ business mix, including but not limited to:
Hold Regular Business Reviews with Channels’ marketing managers, with a focus on the quality
score of each channel, and drive action plans enhancing the score.
Regular Content update via HCM or OTAs’ extranet to ensure all information are updated and
content are attractive for our audiences.
Review Management. Regularly Implement a cross team review management process, from
encouraging reviews to online review feedbacks.
Rate Parity Optimizations. Ensuring rate parity guild lines from Support Center is strictly followed.
Connectivity
regularly check the connectivity with hotels, and ensure connected content &
rates are smoothly pushed. Escalate cases in a good way
Livestream and Rich Content Media Platforms (
Douyin , Red, etc.,) Content Curation & ‘KOX’
management:
Clearly convey hotel’s unique selling points, across product verticals to vendors or KOXs;
Own product development, with cooperation with hotel revenue, & Ops functions.
Own best conversion path for content’s landing, considering not just one time GMV, but also
hotel’s overarching strategy across various channels.
Curate content, together with vendors or KOXs, including but not limited to articles, livestreams,
or short videos etc., toward the product conversation paths as designed.
Point of Interest (POI) Channels (
Dianping etc.,) Content Curation, F&B related Offers uploading.
Review Management.
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree holder in business or related discipline. Lodging industry experience is
strongly preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Travel and / or Hospitality Background in China
travel e platform will be a plus
Good awareness of the digital landscape, and at the same time be able to professional digital
platform business knowledge, from traffic management to conversion.
Interpersonal skills of negotiation, relating and building rapport are of utmost importance
Experience managing the work related to agencies and vendors.
Prior experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social,
buzz, PR, sales)
Proven ability to work with cross
functional teams in support of specific business priorities.
Demonstrated ability to take complex projects and efforts from conception to successful
execution.
Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and satisfy speed
to market requirements.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
