Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要义务和职责
▪ Assist the sales manager/assistant manager to handle the daily operation and maintenance including new room type and pricing pop online, room availability management, online information display and guest’s consultation, etc.
▪ 协助销售经理/副经理处理OTA平台运营维护,包括房间上线及调价,房态管理,线上信息展示及客人咨询等。
▪ Responsible for all kinds of sales data and client data statistics, analysis, summary, complete the department reports and other writing, reporting to the group leader in time.
▪ 负责各种销售数据及客户资料的统计、分析汇总,及时完成部门报表等的制作编写,汇报给领导。
▪ Assist with manager/assistant manager with contract signing, meeting arrangement and new customers inspection and other related work.
▪ 配合经理/副经理完成合同签署、安排会务、接待、开发新客户等相关工作。
▪ Handling with guest and WeChat group’s communication of daily consultation, information release, order processing, customer complaints and other related affairs.
▪ 及时处理客户及各微沟通信群内日常咨询、信息发布、订单处理、客人投诉等相关事务。
▪ Responsible for administrative affairs, such as follow up with file stamp, procedures and approval, documentation of contract, expense reimbursement, post, stationery procurement, attendance statistics, etc.
▪ 负责处理办公室职责及行政事务,如跟进文件盖章、流程审批、合同归档、财务报销、行政寄件,办公用品采购,考勤统计等。
▪ Build up good communication with other related departments.
▪ 与公司其他相关部门建立良好沟通,方便日常工作的正常进行。
▪ Be responsible for livestreaming related work and live broadcast
▪需要负责直播相关工作并出镜直播
▪ Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager/assistant manager etc.
▪ 完成经理/副经理等临时交办的其他任务
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
技能、经验和教育要求
▪ Good communication and presentation skills.
▪ 良好的沟通表达能力。
▪ conscientious and careful teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility.
▪ 工作认真细心,有团队协作精神,责任感强。
▪ Conversant with use of Microsoft office.
▪ 熟悉微软办公软件。
▪ Preferred with hotel work, sales, reservation, customer service experience or worked in OTA platform already.
▪ 有酒店、销售、预定、客服经验或曾在OTA平台中任职优先考虑。
