Job Description
• Supervise cash handling and banking procedure
• Prepare daily banking, cash flow reports and sale report
• Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures
• Deal with irregular payments
• Control stock and monitor security procedures
• Works with Restaurant Manager in preparing and the management of the department’s budget
• In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
• Assist with menu and wine list creation
• Supervise outlet functions
• Supervise outlet service
• Works with Restaurant Manager on manpower planning and operational needs
• Conduct weekly training as assigned by Restaurant Manager

和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算
在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求
协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作
监督各项职能
监督餐厅的服务
和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求
进行餐厅经理指定的每周培训
Qualification
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field. 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
任职要求
酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。2年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具主管经验优先考虑。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-熟练
- 计算机能力:熟练
