JOB OVERVIEW职位概述
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Staff Canteen Chef within the hotel policies and procedure. Asst. to manage the staff canteen kitchen and service, make sure the food quality is performed in a best way.
遵照员工餐厅厨师长的统一管理及监督,遵从饭店规章制度。协助做好监督和确保员工餐厅厨房和服务顺利有效的运行。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
•To asst. staff canteen chef for staff canteen daily operation within the hotel policy and standard of hygiene.
严格执行国家及酒店制度的卫生标准,协助员工餐厅厨师长负责员工餐的日常远作。
•To prepare and cook the food according to the menu.
根据菜单,烹饪标准,备料单准备各种食物。
•To asst. the staff canteen chef for conducting the training for staff.
协助员工餐厅厨师长对员工进行培训。
•To asst. the staff canteen chef for managing the staff.
协助员工餐厅厨师长对部门下属员工进行指导和管理。
•Check the grooming to ensure it is performed in a professional way.
保持个人仪容仪表并检查监督员工的仪容仪表。
•To check the facilities and report to staff canteen chef if there is any problem.
经常检查员工餐厅的设施设备,及时向厨师长汇报存在的问题。
•Familiar with the safety regulation.
了解酒店安全制度并严格遵守。
•Familiar with the knowledge of fire safety and first aid.
熟悉消防安全,紧急救治及火警处理知识。
•To check the staff canteen area and ensure it is clean and tidy.
经常巡查,保证工作区域及储存区域的干净整洁。
•To do the purchasing and cost calculation report and send to staff canteen chef.
定期向员工餐厅厨师长报告员工餐厅采购及成本核算情况。
•To do the market survey and arrange the purchasing accordingly.
了解市场行情,合理安排员工餐厅的采购。
•To make the goods application and do the receiving.
制定提货单。
•To check and control the food quality and quantity.
监督和控制存货数量及质量。
•To check the items in staff canteen and make the purchasing application.
盘点员工餐厅物品,及时制定采购申请。
•To discuss the weekly menu with the staff canteen, try to control the food quality and cost.
与员工餐厅厨师长一起讨论每周员工餐厅菜单,在有效的成本范围内提高餐厅的出品质量。
•Responsible for monitoring the asset of staff canteen.
负责员工餐厅的资产管理。确保资产的最大利用及丢失。
•Responsible for staff canteen duty roster, performance appraisal and training.
负责对员工餐厅进行考勤,考核及培训。
•To supervisor the staff for any duties of different sheet.
监督下属员工完成各岗位职责完成不同班次的任务。
•Any duties may be assigned by supervisor.
执行上司交代的其他任务。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
Required Skills –
技能要求
•Familiar with the cleaning procedure.
熟悉清洁卫生流程。
•Familiar with any kinds of cooking knowledge and methods.
熟悉各种烹饪知识及技巧。
•Good command of English and a good communicator.
创造性及外向性格
•With a very Proactive and positive attitude to work, and demonstrate flexibility.
具有非常积极和正确的态度对待工作
Qualifications –
学历
•Senior High School qualification and above. Preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school.
高中以上学历,最好是专业烹饪学校毕业
Experience –
经历
•Min 2 years working experience in international hotels.
至少2年相关岗位工作经验,最好具有国际酒店工作经验。
