To monitor operating supplies and
inventory levels
礼貌并有效地处理所有来自客人的询问和投诉，跟进并敦促解决无法立即处理的投诉，达到客人的满意
To handle guest enquiries in a
courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to
supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with
guests
确保宾客服务主任遵循水疗中心的程序迎接、问候客人
To ensure GSO’s follow the spa
experience programme for meeting and greeting guests at all times
必须确保美体师/按摩师遵守预约时间表提供服务
Must ensure that the aestheticians/therapists adhere to appointment timings
关注所有设备的状态，将保养需求和维修需求通知助理经理
Monitor status of all equipment and
notify the Assistant Manager if there are any maintenance or repair needs Promptly record equipment issues in the log
book ie Fixtures missing etc, and notify the spa maintenance personnel
