To assignresponsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically.

Frequently test Foodand Beverage in all outlets and be demanding and critical when it comes to Foodand Beverage quality.

To handle all guestcomplaints, requests and enquires on food, beverage and service.

Provides feedback onthe results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes areimplemented.

Assist in preparingwith the respective Outlet teams, a yearly marketing plan for each outlet,which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan.

Continuously seek waysto assist the Outlet Management maximize their revenues and profits.

Assist and monitor andanalyze the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars and otherhotel’s banqueting departments.

Ensure that all OutletManagement Teams and Catering Department are fully aware of market needs andtrends and that their products meet these requirements.

Exercises efficientPayroll Management/Resource allocation through the establishment of a flexibleworkforce throughout the Division. This will be based on the principles of aflexible employee base (Full Time and Part Time employees), multi-skilling andmulti-tasking.

Represents Food &Beverage on the hotel executive Committee to ensures the efficient &economic operation of the Food & Beverage Division providing services andsupport to other Divisions as required, maintaining equipment in optimumcondition.

Assist in conductingregular divisional meetings ensuring all meetings are well planned, efficientand results oriented.

Is knowledgeable instatutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding andstrictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the Collective LabourAgreement, Employee Handbook and the hotels policies concerning Fire, Hygiene,Health and Safety and Emergency situation
