Communicate with guest guest service officer, to ensure the VIP luggage is delived on time.
在高峰期协助保安员对入口车道的交通疏导。
Assist the security manage the traffic in front of the lobby at the peak season.
优先推荐本酒店经营的餐厅及其它营业场所,让客人熟悉有关营运时间和推广内容。
Recommended this hotel operating restaurants and other places of business, let the guests are familiar with the relevant operating time and promotion content.
二、部门管理 Department management
举行班次例会确保员工明确指示并实行,保持工作时间内的标准仪容仪表。
Arrange the shift meeting and maintains excellent grooming standard at all times
根据相关的工作要求负责对行李员的培训。
Training the new staff follow the schedule
确保所有礼宾员都知晓酒店设备的相关信息。
Make sure all staff understand hotel product knowledge
准备发放报纸的相关报告,和供应商协调提高效率,监督员工发送报纸的程序。
Prepare for the newspaper reports, supervising staff sending newspaper program.
确保所有设备在正常状况运行并做好记录。
Make sure all the equipments are running and make a record.
