We are seeking a full-time dynamic and experienced General Manager to manage two hotels in Katmandu Nepal, rebranded by AHG, with the total 60 + deluxe guest rooms hotels. The hotel in Katmandu is located inside Tribhuvan International Airport with the walking distance and the other one is 40 KM from Tribhuvan International Airport, which is a full-serviced resort hotel near the border between China and Nepal.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Passion for your role with Result-oriented and with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
· Demonstrated ability to build strong and effective relationships with industry, clients and staff
· Strong experience in managing budgets and productivity
· Understanding of both hotel re-branding and operation
· A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety compliance
· Good time management skills and multi-task capabilities
· Related hotel-management working experience overseas especially in Nepal is preferred
· Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are a must
