1.Be the strategic HR partner toHotel Executive leadership, offering professional advice and delivering HR andTalent strategies, including talent and leadership development, Recruiting,Compensation and Benefits, performance reviews, team member relations, andcompliance.
2.Collaborate with the HotelExecutive Leadership team to set up and align HR strategies and KPIS to supportbusiness success.
3.Forster a "Great Place toWork for All" culture at the hotel level and partner with the HotelExecutive Team to achieve DE&I targets.
4.Ensure full implementation of newprojects and programs at the hotel, covering all aspects of HR management,including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, TalentManagement, HR Digitalization and Productivity Management. Provide feedback toGM and Executive Team and program owners for continuous improvement.
5.Develop and execute workforcestrategies that balance cost efficiency, operational flexibility and talentquality.
6.Create regional synergies to elevateHilton's brand visibility.
7.Build and Sustain a Robust HotelTalent Pipeline to meet the hotel's current and future needs.
8.Foster a Culture of ContinuousLearning and Development and strengthen overall operational and leadershipCapabilities
9.Design and implementbusiness-driven training plan that aligns with hotel’s goal and support team membergrowth and development.
