工作描述Job Description:
1. 为客人推荐服务,回应客人关于餐饮的要求并提供建议。
Gives recommendation on service and responds guest Food and Beverage request as well as provides suggestion.
2. 掌握菜单和酒单知识。
Has thorough knowledge of menus and wine list.
3. 推销酒水以增加收入。
Up sell beverage to increases revenue.
4. 确保根据要求及运作需要摆台。
Sets up tables in accordance to the request and operational requirement.
5. 清洁并整理柜台及桌子。
Cleans and tides up counter and table.
6. 根据要求准备和服务鸡尾酒。
Prepares and serves cocktail according to request.
7. 确保所有酒水适温存放。
Ensures that all beverages are under the appropriate temperature.
8. 协助酒吧储藏存货并正确记录。
Assists to store the stock and takes record.
9. 提交酒吧需要补充的酒水。
Submits all complementary beverages.
任职资格 Qualification:
1. 文化程度:中专及以上。
Education background: Senior college or above.
2. 语言要求:普通话 – 发音标准。
Language:Good Mandarin pronunciation.
3. 较好的沟通能力。
Good ability to communicate.
4. 工作经验:有相关工作经验。(国际联号工作经验优先)
Work experience:related position working experience.(work experience in international chain hotel as priority)
5. 有强烈的上进心、责任感与团队合作精神,吃苦耐劳。
Strong aspiration,sense of responsibility and team spirit,hard – working,
