工作描述 Job Description:
1、与地区销售办公室及姐妹酒店紧密合作,确立酒店在市场的地位,以从地区及国际多方取得最大限度的客房预定。
Work closely with regional sales office and sister hotels for proper positioning and maximum international and regional bookings.
2、在加强房间销售的同时,推荐酒店的会议、宴会。最大限度地利用会议及多功能厅的设施设备,以取所预计的最高目标。
Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/ function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.
3、指导销售队伍的方向并通过采取所有需要的销售行动和程序来达到并超过预期目标。
Lead, direct and motivate sales team through all necessary sales action and programs to achieve and excel the annual budget targeted.
