Job Description:
1. 确保拜访客人的专业性:运用凯悦的顾问式销售原则和市场营销分析报表工具理念。
Ensures professional Sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.
2. 系统而有效地拜访现有的和潜在的范围之内的客户,把所得的发现和机会整合成报表并上交给会议宴会部总监。
Systematically and efficiently calls on existing and potential clients within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Events.
3. 预先调查并设定主要的公司和政府机关目标,利用宴会的数据库和发展适合而有效的销售策略,从而扩大酒店的市场份额。
Pre-qualifies and targets major Companies and Government Departments, utilising Catering database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
4. 建立强大的联系信息库,以便开发关于公司或政府活动/宴会的商机。
Establishes strong contacts to source for information in regards to companies and government functions / events.
5. 根据凯悦会议宴会标准回答所有电话询问、处理电邮询问、准备提案和合同、主持酒店参观活动、策划会议宴会、创建会议宴会确认单、执行并跟踪会议宴会。
To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.
6. 始终履行凯悦品牌承诺,提供优越的客户服务。
To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. 文化程度:大专及以上
Education background: junior college or above
2. 语言要求:普通话 – 发音标准;有英语读写能力及阅读能力
Language:Good Mandarin pronunciation,Good English literacy and reading
3. 技能要求:具有丰富的销售技巧和技能;计算机能力良好
Technical ability:Outstanding sales technique and salesmanship , good computer capacity
4. 工作经验:1年以上同岗位工作经验(国际联号工作经验优先)
Work experience:1-year similar position working experience(work experience in international chain hotel as priority)
5. 熟悉合肥销售市场,敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力
Know well the sales market in Hefei, keen insight into market and analytical ability
6. 优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力
Excellent language competence and ability to communicate
