您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 领导酒店内的所有宴会销售活动，并与房务部、餐饮部及其它创收部门密切合作，通过宴会销售部及其他员工的努力实现销售最大化。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations To provide leadership in all Events selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Events Sales Department and other employees.
最好拥有营销或酒店/旅游管理的本科或专科学历；至少两年销售部总监或销售部副总监的工作经验；必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Events or Associate Director of Events. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
