1.严格监督热菜成品的烹制过程,保证良品的安全与质量。
Strictly supervise the cooking process of finished hot dishes to ensure the safety and quality of good ones.
2.传达上级分配的各项指令,组织下属认真落实。
Communicated the instructions assigned by the superior and organized the subordinates to implement them earnestly.
3.检查各种调味料、器皿和环境卫生工作。
Check all kinds of seasoning, utensils and environmental sanitation.
4.组织下属参加培训、考核,总结菜肴烹调经验,共同研创新品种。
Organized subordinates to participate in training and assessment, summarized cooking experience, and jointly developed innovative varieties.
任职资格 Qualification
1.餐饮技能或相关专业的大专学历或职业证书。
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
