Oversee the function of W floor beverage and food venues and bars includes The Kitchen Table, WOOBAR, WET to ensure excellent customer service, service & brand standards, team communication, guest data base and maximize revenue and profits.
Responsible for providing a full range of operational and administrative support to Director of B+F with great energy.
In a professional and stylish manner, ensure the smooth operation of Beverage + Food department and maximize the quality of W experience.
