Job Description 岗位职责:
To provide Executive Secretary to the General Manager, including secretarial services. Coordinate activities in the Executive Office. Assist other Executive Assistants and Secretaries when required. Oversee all administrative functions including proper distribution of internal & external mail, independent correspondence and up-to-date registry system - to maintain an efficient and effective Executive Office.
协助总经理的日常工作,包括为其提供秘书服务,处理行政办公室事务并帮助其他行政助理和文员解决工作出现的问题。监督所有行政职能包括收发内部及外部邮件、独立处理信函往来、及时更新归档系统,保证行政办公室的高效运行。
1.Arrange appointments and meetings for the General Manager, record same in diary and ensure the General Manager has the appropriate documentation for each appointment .
为总经理安排会议及预约,记录在工作日记中,确保总经理使用正确的文件。
2.Assist with travels arrangements for business trips as required.
按要求为商务旅行安排行程。
3.Assess priorities of work and, wherever possible, assist in organizing General Manager’s priorities.
根据各项工作任务的重要性帮助总经理安排工作。
4.Answers telephones in the Executive Office as required.
接听行政办公室的电话。
5.Prepare replies to correspondence as required.
按照要求准备回信。
6.Assist with translations, oral and written.
协助口头及笔头翻译。
