【岗位职责】
1. Maintain documentfiling, tracing and correspondence to system.
负责部门文件存档及更新,确保部门文件与系统信息一致。
2. Handle thecoordination of follow-up actions by S & M team member or other Departmentswith relations to Sales, Administer and coordinators any other Salesactivities.
处理协调销售部员工的活动及其他部门和销售部的关系,协调管理部门内所有其他活动。
3. Prepare andsend out quotations or contracts to travel agents tour operators or related.
为销售经理制定并发出报价或合同给旅行社或客户。
4. Ensure thatall enquiries are replied within 4 hours and then properly put on trace orfile, and correspondence system of the division.
保证所有发出的报价在4小时内回复,并且适当地放在文件夹里,跟进和系统一致。
5. Ensure thatall coming correspondence is replied within 24 hours and then properly put ontrace or file, and correspondence system of the division.
保证所有发出的合同在24小时内回复,并且适当地放在文件夹里,跟进和系统一致。
6. Update andcorrect the Delphi, Ideas, HR Link, Purchasing system information.
更新并确保Delphi, Ideas, 考勤和采购系统信息正确。
7. Handle anddirect mail activities.
处理直接收到的实物邮件。
8. Ensure thatcollateral and promotion materials and office suppliesare on hand at all times.
确保所有销售资料和宣传手册及办公用品的存货充足。
9. InternalCommunication — Departmental Briefing; Liaison with other Department; Teammember Relations.
内部沟通——部门会议;与其他部门的合作;员工的关系。
10.Maintainthe highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotelguests, clients, team member and team members.

11.Performrelated duties and handles special projects as assigned by the DOS
积极履行销售总监分配工作和任务。
12. Attenddaily departmental briefing and take meeting minutes.
参加部门日常会议并记录会议纪要。
13. Follow dipwith relevant documents
跟进相关文件的走签和处理。
14. Carries outany other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历。
2、熟悉公关、新闻、广告及酒店知识。
3、有良好的英语基础,熟练使用电脑及上网操作
4、有较好的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及理解能力。有敬业精神及团队意识。
