The
Front Desk team leader is to ensure the Agent, Front Desk performs their duties
and oversee daily operations confidently and proficiently. Provide support
towards the Front Desk Manager in communicating operation and administration to
the team and diligently conduct trainings to continuously strive for
perfections in from guest arrival till departure.

The Role:

Initiates guest interaction and proactively seek feedback to personalize service.
积极主动与客人互动,寻求反馈从而提供个性化服务
Ensures Resort’s Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
确保遵循度假酒店的政策和程序
Keeps informed of all details such as activities, promotions, site visits, VIPs arriving pertaining to the Resort.
要保证对酒店相关信息的实时更新,比如活动、促销、实地考察、VIP到达
Oversee the daily room assignment.
监督每日客房分配
Oversee all group billing arrangements.
监督所有团队账单的准备
Ensure guest information must be keyed into Opera and PSB system.
确保客人信息必须要输入Opera系统和公安系统
Handle OPERA PMS contingency.
处理Opera系统的意外事故
Check guest outstanding balance and report to manager if any.
检查客人未结账单,若有则要上报给经理
Verify all rebate forms and submit to Duty Manager.
核实所有减免表格并提交给值班经理
Performs the other tasks assigned by Front Desk Manger whenever necessary.
