Assists all departments in obtaining appropriate information regarding groups, inventory and guest information.
协助其他部门获得涉及到团队信息,客房盘点及客人等信息
Keeps themselves informed of all details such as activities, promotions, site visits, VIPs arriving pertaining to the Resort.
