Position Overview
Responsibility is to efficiently check-in and check-out Resort guests with accordance to the Resort’s standard. They represent the Front of the House and must be impeccably groomed with good posture and competent communication skills. They are knowledgeable of the facilities and services provided and able to answer any guest questions
主要工作职责就是根据酒店的标准高效率地为客人办理入住和退房手续。因为他们代表着前台的形象,所以言谈举止和仪容仪表都要做到优雅大方无可挑剔,而且要有出色的沟通表达能力。他们对酒店提供的设施设备和服务了如指掌,能够解决客人提出的所有问题。
The Role
Provides personalized and efficient check-in and check-out service
为客人提供个性化而又便捷的办理入住和退房服务
Ensure accuracy of guest billing
确保账单准确无误
Adhere to all cashiering procedures
遵循所有收银规程
All guest information must be keyed into Opera and PSB system
所有客人的信息都要输入到Opera系统和公安系统
Communicate all changes in room assignment
房间的分配上若有任何变动都要及时沟通
Takes ownership of guest feedback
对于客人的意见反馈要认真对待
Assist Communications with switchboard duties of night shift
夜班要协助总机值班工作
Assists with Reservations call after their office hours. Record and follow up any details
协助预定部在其工作时间之外接听预定电话,记录并跟进细节
Assists all departments in obtaining appropriate information regarding groups, inventory and guest information
协助其他部门获得涉及到团队信息,客房盘点及客人等信息
Keeps themselves informed of all details such as activities, promotions, site visits, VIPs arriving pertaining to the Resort,
要保证对酒店的相关信息如活动、促销、实地考察、VIP到达等保持实时更新

Basic Resort knowledge.
