Laundry Manager 洗衣房经理

The position is concerned with managing the activities of both guest andhouse laundry and house linen to maintain high standard of products, speedyservice to guests, sufficient hotel linen circulation for operation andprofitable revenue.
洗衣房经理负责洗衣房的日常管理工作，负责管理每日的客衣、制服、客用布巾等的洗涤、熨烫达到高标准的要求，负责保证提供及时、干净、充裕的干净布巾。
1. Manage the Laundrytraining, assign work, and monitor the quality of the laundry and quantities. 负责全体洗衣房员工的管理培训，人员调配工作，监督所在部门的生产经营。
2. Ensure that allitems laundered and dry-cleaned are finished to the highest standard achievableand returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition.确保酒店洗衣间的全部布草都按所能达到的最 高标准进行清洗或干洗， 保持清洁无瑕并 送还给客人或员工。
3. To make inspectiontrips through entire area checking on productive methods and procedures.负责检查洗涤的方法和过程。
4. To check washingformulas and make corrections and improvement whenever necessary.负责检查洗衣流程，如果必要进行修正和改善。
5. To report directlyto the Executive Housekeeper keeping him advised of progress and practices.直接向行政管家报告洗衣房的工作状况和设备状况。
6.To confer withassistant and supervisors on production and personnel problems.和下属员工交流工作情况和工作表现等。
7. To confer withmaintenance mechanics regarding repairs and replacement problems.和有关人员沟通，解决设备维修、保养和替换的问题。
8.To coordinate withChief Engineer regarding new methods and machines.和工程部经理保持联系，改善工作方法和设备。
9.To plan work andproduction schedules to meet housekeeping and food and beverage requirement.根据客房入住率和餐饮布巾需求量，安排好布巾、制服的洗涤工作，保证提供足够的布巾。
10.o train team memberaccording to established procedures; Conducts training meeting to discussproblems and future plans, give information and assignments.按照工作程序，培训员工。和员工开会，讨论工作问题、工作计划、沟通信息，并安排工作。
