To assist the Director ofMarketing in administration and overall sales activity planning of the salesoffice,especially on MICE/EVENTS.
协助市场销售总监管理所有销售活动计划,尤其是会务及宴会。
Supervise the sales managersand sales executives as well as sales office Clerical talent’s daily work. Responsible for the hotel’s sales activities.
督导销售经理和销售人员以及销售办公室文员的日常工作。
Assist the Director ofMarketing on development and implementation of the annual marketing plan andsales target.
协助市场总监发展完成年度销售计划及销售目标。
- Make joint sales calls withthe sales talent to understand their training needs.
了解销售人员的培训需要并制定销售拜访。
- Planning and development of anorganized sales effort, such as sales blitzes, partnership in excellence … tosolicit appropriate business which achieves the goals and objective of thehotel.
- 计划及发展有组织的销售工作,如销售战,伙伴关系,征求适当的业务,以达到酒店的目标。
· Develop an effective salesplan in plans and action format for all segments of the marketing mix with fullinput and commitment from your managers.
制定一份有效的销售计划,以计划和行动的形式针对市场营销组合的所有部分,并得到经理的充分支持和承诺。
· Ensure that individual salesmanager’s goals are set and monitored as well as ensure performance on amonthly basis.
