Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
1. Responsible for arrange and notice interview and record it.
负责安排、通知应聘者面试,并做好登记。
2. Handles new staff check in procedure including making and distributing staff ID cards and name tags.
办理新员工的报到手续,包括员工工作证、名牌的制作和发放。
3. Conduct reference check for confirmed candidates.
拟录用人员的背景调查.
4. Distribution and management of staff locker.
员工更衣柜的发放和管理。
5. Internal staff files setting up, updating and management.
员工档案的建立、更新和管理。
6. Verifies and records staff overtime, and prepare monthly overtime summary report, record sick leave and unpaid leave.
员工加班的复核、统计,编制每月加班汇总表以及病事假的登记。
7. Check monthly attendance record of each department and complete HR monthly attendance record.
负责各部门考勤的审核及本部门的月度考勤.
8. Assist in staff activities organization.
协助组织员工活动。
9. Prepare monthly Employee of the Quarter voting form.
准备季度优秀员工的选举汇总表等。
10. Responsible for staff canteen meal recording and canteen coupon issuing.
员工餐厅就餐统计及就餐券的发放。
11. Control and follow-up employee medical certificates.
员工健康证的管理和跟进
12. HR internal fairs, including purchasing items and stationary receiving and distribution.
人力资源部内勤工作,包括打采购申请和文具的申领等。
13. Regularly inspects staff restaurant, locker rooms, restrooms and other staff facilities to ensure that they are well maintained and used.
定期检查员工餐厅、更衣室、休息室和其它员工便利设施并保持其良好的维护和使用。

Qualifications and Requirements任职要求
1. Trainees only for six month. College degree or above
仅限实习生,大专以上学历
2. Good skill for computer, very familiar with Word and Excel
良好的电脑技能,熟练使用Word 和 Excel
3. Can use English at work
有一定的英语基础
4. Work earnestly and responsibly, with team work spirit
