Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
· Enhances guest recognition at all times by addressing guests by name and interacting with them on a professional level.

· Accepts and accurately record all guest bookings for Spa services in accordance with departmental procedures.
· Always visible to guests by being present at the reception desk.
· 当客人出现在前台时要在第一时间内察觉, 并给予专业服务。
· Be fully conversant with Intercontinental Spa & Health Club services and facilities in order to be able to make helpful recommendations, and to be able to up-sell Spa services and Spa products
· Co-ordinate the maintenance of all Spa & Health Club facilities and equipment
· Coordinate the delivery of all Spa & Health Club guest services
· Responsible for the safety of all guest services

· Ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with hotel’s accounting procedures
· Accepts responsibility for, and to show initiative in decision making when handling minor guest objections, in order to enhance guest satisfaction
· Assist with the development of new products and services
· Attends briefings, meetings and training activities as requested.
· Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (eg signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)
· Performs any other reasonable tasks as directed by the management
· Maintain Health Club facilities according to set standards of order and cleanliness
· Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisor
· Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply
· Follow hotel procedures in relation to pool towel issue and retrieval
· Liaise with inter-facing departments such as Laundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide great service
· Conduct activities and services for guest, members and registered children while giving proper instruction and safety reminders
· Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of hotel
· Conduct regular inspections of pool grounds to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
· Apply correct charges to guests and visitors where applicable for use of pool, spa and gym, and post to room bill in accordance with procedure
· Participate actively in employee activities
· Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards
· Participate in activities concerning protection of environment
