Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
· According to leaders and communication’s requirement, response for logistic daily work of kitchens to ensure kitchens operating goes smoothly.
根据领导的需求和内部的沟通的需求,负责厨房的日常后勤工作,确保前线工作的流畅。
· This position is concerned with all administration and organization functions within the kitchens, working closely with the Food and Beverage department
在厨房区域处理行政方面和组织方面的各种问题,与餐饮部紧密合作。
· To assess, analyses, distribute and file the daily flow of information to and from the office
去评估、分析、分发和归档办公室内的日常流动的信息。.
· To maintain the kitchens filing systems and ensuring this is adhered to by colleagues as stipulated by the Executive Chef.
去维护厨房的归档系统,确保这是坚持行政总厨所规定的
· To complete administrative and coordinator functions as detailed by the Food and Beverage department.
按照餐饮部所需的细节履行行政的职责。
· To manage the diary of the Executive Chef in the most time-effective way
有效管理行政总厨的日常时间表。
· To attend at Kitchen Meetings, take down the minutes of the meeting, type and distribute after approval.
参加厨房的会议,做会议记录,在认可之后录入然后分发。
· To handle the daily flow of incoming and outgoing telephone calls and messages, and ensure that all message are passed onto those concerned as swiftly as possible
处理日常的电话及信息,确保这些信息能尽快的通知到相关个人。
· To act as a hub of the Food and Beverage department by providing and getting information from the outlet Managers and performing a back up role for the Food and Beverage Director.
要像一个信息中心一样提供并且收集各种信息,为餐饮总监做备份。
· To be responsible for the timely dispatching of all promotional mailings.
要负责及时调度所有的宣传邮件。
· Must at all times show a positive approach to the position, when dealing with all members of staff and management alike
在处理所有员工和经理的事务上,任何时候都必须表现出积极的态度
· Must at all times show a positive approach to the position and Hotel, when dealing with guests within the Hotel. As well as when discussing the Hotel with persons outside the property.
在面对酒店住客时和在酒店外,任何时候都必要表现出积极的态度。
