Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
· Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
· Supervise functions.
· Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
· Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs.
· Record sales, complaints, solutions and equipment.
· 当经理不在场时,负责人才的监督和管理指导,确保部门的正常运行。
· 负责监督现金操作和交接程序。
· 监督和管理餐饮活动。
· 在与国内外的客人交流时,努力保持酒店的正面形象。
· 对特殊活动和事件要有了解以便回答客人的需求。
· 做好销售、宾客投诉、解决办法及相关人才、设备的记录。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
· Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
· Associate degree or above
· Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
· 良好的口头及书面沟通能力
· 至少2年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
· 酒店管理专业毕业
· 全日制大专(含)以上学历
· 餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
