Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
·Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
·Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
·Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
·Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs.
·Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations.
·Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
·Adhere to hotel brand standards.
·当经理不在场时，负责人才的监督和管理指导，确保部门的正常运行。
·全力解决客人的投诉，并负责将所有投诉进行记录和跟进解决。
·负责监督现金操作和交接程序。
·填写部门营业收入报表。
·与所有的酒店客人建立并保持积极的关系。
·努力去预知客人需求以便满足并超出他们的需求。
·在与国内外的客人交流时，努力保持酒店的正面形象。
·坚持酒店的品牌标准。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少2年酒店相关运做经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专（含）以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
