Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
·Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
·Implement working schedule based on forecast, banquet reservation, group and VIP arrivals.
·Record sales, complaints, solutions and equipment.
·All Talents may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
·To continuously seek ways to assist management in the outlet to maximize revenues and profit.
·Control stock and monitor security procedures.
·Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
·Assist with menu and wine list creation.
·当经理不在场时,负责人才的监督和管理指导,确保部门的正常运行。
·保持高水平的酒店产品和服务知识,以便向客人解释和介绍相关的服务设施。
·根据预测、宴会预订、团体餐的安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。
·做好销售、宾客投诉、解决办法及相关人才、设备的记录。
·所有人才都要求体现酒店节能意识并有效地操作节约成本的程序。
·协助管理餐厅部门的收入和利润最大化。
·控制库存和进行安全监督。
·负责监督现金操作和交接程序。
·协助开发新菜单和酒水单。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少2年酒店相关运作经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专(含)以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
