Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· To maintain a high standard of food presentation and quality of product.
· Ensure the operation of the Pastry Kitchen. Prepare and cooks food in all areas of the Pastry Kitchen as and when directed.
· Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.
· Organizes and supervises the work carried out by commis chefs and apprentices in the area under his/her responsibility.
· Helps subordinate develop their skills to the best of their ability and provides support for career development.
· 保证食品出品和产品质量的高标准。
· 保证西饼房工作运作的顺利进行,在指导下进行所有食品的准备工作。
· 在饼房运作方面支持饼房厨师长的工作,保证提供高效率的服务。
· 管理和监督所属范围内的厨师及厨工的工作。

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking.
· Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel.
· Acknowledged managerial skills.
· Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
· 高中学历,或正规糕点烘焙学校学习。
· 至少1到2年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验。
· 具有相关管理技能。
· 了解、熟悉HACCP知识。
