Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
Provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community within the limits of established hotel and local policies and procedures. Coordinates with all departments in the Hotel.
为部门提供相关支持和职能协助;在酒店和当地政策及程序允许的范围内与客人进行互动。与酒店各部门进行工作方面的沟通及协调。
Requirements 任职资格:
1. University bachelor's degree and above, excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
大学本科及以上学历,优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
2. To assist and support the Front Services Manager in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
协助和支持前厅部经理以最高效和有效的方式提供最高标准的服务,同时积极保持并尽可能提高营业额和盈利能力。
3. Maintains and implements effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
4. Ability to use related computer systems.
能够使用相关的计算机系统。
Experiences 经验要求:
Min 2 years experiences in similar capacity with luxury or international chain hotels.
2年以上豪华或国际连锁酒店相关工作经验。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 国内管理公司经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-精通,中国普通话-精通
- 计算机能力:精通
