Job Summary
Responsible for overall operation of Beverage program and Bars of the F&B Division while maintaining quality standards and maximizing profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
Prepare, implement, and maintain bars standards, production, service, logistic and control objectives.
Ensure efficient administration reports, departmental communication, related divisions’ relation, quick responses and follow up on requests.
Responsible for the results of the TrustYou, GoAudits, LQA & Forbes in the bars, ensures all standards, sequences and interaction are in line and that necessary changes to comply are implemented.
Participate in establishment of marketing and public relations plan for the bars. Support and assist with new concepts and promotions.
Establish promotion/activity and event plan for the bars in line with seasons, guests’ expectations, trends and “needs periods”. Deliver content timely.
Be present and visible on digital platforms, frequent products/offers rotation. Local and National market adverts/communication to coordinate with Marcoms to increase awareness, business and win awards.
Respond in courteous, professional, and rapid manner to resolve all guests and associates difficulties, requests, complaints.
Guests’ engagement during operation, deliver experience, unique moment, and guests’ satisfaction. Showcase RW excellence, service/products/atmosphere.
