Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
Toassist the Reservation Manager in the supervision of all activities pertainingto the Reservation Department to achieve the highest possible occupancy levelsfor the purpose of maximizing revenues and profit.
协助预订部经理完成部门的日常工作,以保证酒店出租率和收入的最大化。
1. Handledbooking from different channels in a timely and efficient manner, acceptedonline and offline customers' booking needs for the hotel, and properly solvedthem.
及时高效的处理来自不同渠道的预定,接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解决。
2. Check all newbookings, cancellations or changes daily to ensure that the information isaccurate and timely inform the relevant departments.
每日检查当日所有新预定,取消或变更的预定,确保信息准确无误及时通知相关部门。
3. Familiar withhotel product knowledge and related activities. At the same time, have a highdegree of knowledge of the hotel and surrounding products.
熟悉了解酒店产品知识,以及相关活动。同时对酒店及周边的产品知识具备高度的认知。
4. Be familiarwith room booking procedures to provide guests with the latest and mostaccurate room status information.
熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息。
Requirements 任职资格:
1. University Bachelor’s Degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.
优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin software.
熟练使用Excel, Word,PowerPoint等行政管理软件。
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
独立工作和团队合作的能力。
6. Pro-active, can fit in the fast speed working atmosphere.
积极主动,能适应快节奏的工作氛围。
Experiences 经验要求:
Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in hotels.
至少2年同等星级酒店相关的工作经验。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 国内管理公司经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-熟练,中国普通话-熟练
- 计算机能力:熟练
